Sleeping Bear in a Japanese Curry

let’s get into the recipe!🍴
Ingredients:
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 average size potato (diced)
1 carrot (diced)
Onion (slice)
250gr chicken thighs
5 blocks japanese curry
1L water
65ml thick coconut milk
1 Tbs corn starch (mix with lil bit of water)

How to :
1. Put oil into the pot, close the lid and cook on multi cook mode for 3 mins
2. Put the onion and chicken and let it cook again for 5 mins
3. Put carrots, potatoes and water into the pot. And cook for 30 mins
4. After that Put the curry blocks, coconut milk and corn starch, and let it cook for 5 mins
5. Serve it with cute shape of rice ❤️! Happy cooking
